Microgreens vs Sprouts
They look similar in marketing. Scientifically, they are different foods.
By Tara Organics Editorial

Sprouts are germinated seeds eaten whole, often within a few days. Microgreens are grown in medium until true leaves emerge, then cut above the root.
Microgreens typically offer more developed flavour and chlorophyll density, with a different food-safety profile when grown carefully.
Choose microgreens when you want culinary complexity and measurable nutrient density per gram.
